Rubber Parts for Automotive OEMs, Manufactured in India
Margo’s largest sector by volume. Moulded rubber components for powertrain, chassis, body and under-bonnet assemblies, produced to your drawing at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Nashik — including AEM, the compound we supply to Mahindra & Mahindra.
COMPONENTS WE SUPPLY FOR AUTOMOTIVE
Engineered to Spec, Not to Catalogue
We don’t stock generic parts. Each component is produced against your drawing or an OEM sample — compound, hardness and geometry matched to the mounting position rather than picked from a catalogue.

Bushes & Bushings
Silent-block and AEM insulation bushes for suspension, engine and transmission mounting
- AEM compound
- Bonded and unbonded variants
- Bore, OD and durometer to drawing
- Supplied to Mahindra & Mahindra

Anti-Vibration Mounts
Engine, gearbox and cab mounts; Bolero back light mount; bumper stoppers

Pads, Stoppers & Caps
Support pads, glove box stoppers, oil filler caps, A/C air-extractor and radiator shroud flaps

Oil Seals
Transmission, gearbox, crankshaft and wheel hub seals; valve stem seals

O-Rings
Under-bonnet, transmission and fuel-system O-rings; oil filler cap seals

Gaskets
Headlamp and tail lamp gaskets, C-pillar garnish EPDM hard foam, cover joints

Bellows & Boots
Dust boots, gaiters and protective covers for linkages and driveshafts
WHERE OUR COMPONENTS ARE USED
Built into vehicles on the line.
Powertrain & transmission
AEM insulation bushes, engine mounts and transmission oil seals rated for sustained under-bonnet heat and oil contact.
Chassis & suspension
Silent-block bushes, shackle and spring eye bushes, and anti-vibration mounts matched to your suspension geometry and load case.
Thermal & air management
A/C air-extractor flaps, radiator shroud flaps, hose and cooling-system seals for under-bonnet assemblies.
BUILT FOR AUTOMOTIVE CONDITIONS
Compounds built for under-bonnet reality.
Automotive duty combines heat, oil, vibration and volume. Compound and geometry are selected for the specific mounting position rather than from a generic catalogue.
Heat ageing resistance
AEM holds a −40 °C to +175 °C service range, continuous to about +160 °C, with strong resistance to engine oils and heat ageing, which is why it.
Vibration isolation
Mount geometry and durometer tuned to the resonance frequency of the assembly, not to generic softness. Isolation only begins above about 1.4 times the system natural frequency.
Oil & fluid contact
NBR and AEM compounds selected where sustained contact with engine oils, coolants or transmission fluid is expected.
Volume consistency
Long-run production with batch-level traceability, so the ten-thousandth part matches the first article.
CUSTOM ENGINEERING
We match your vehicle spec, not the other way around.
Margo operates dedicated tooling capability for custom rubber components. Send us your OEM drawing, an existing part, or the equipment make and model — we reverse-engineer and produce to your specification.
- OEM drawing and sample matching
- Custom mould tooling in-house
- Compound selection by application
- Pre-production sample approval process
- Long-run production with consistent batch quality

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions from automotive buyers.
Do you hold IATF 16949 certification?
Margo Rubber Products holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, certificate 09111526A, issued by Integral Certification Ltd. We are actively upgrading our quality management system to IATF 16949:2016 and are targeting certification by the end of 2026. Today we supply automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers against controlled drawing revisions, with first-article approval, batch-level traceability and material certificates issued per shipment.
What is AEM and why do you use it?
AEM, ethylene acrylic elastomer, holds a −40 °C to +175 °C service range, continuous to about +160 °C, with strong resistance to engine oils and heat ageing. It is specified where oil, heat and ozone act together — the condition under a bonnet, and the one that ends a natural rubber or nitrile part.
Can you produce to our drawing and OEM sample?
Yes. Send the controlled drawing, an existing part, or the vehicle make and model. We cut tooling in-house, propose a compound and hardness against the mounting position, and produce a first-article sample for your approval before volume release. Quotation with a feasibility report within 48 hours of receiving the drawing.
Do you supply aftermarket as well as OEM?
Yes. We supply Indian OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers directly, and export aftermarket volumes with full documentation. Named parts including the Bolero back light rubber mount, bumper stoppers for Tata and Scorpio footrest mats are produced against controlled drawings and are available for both channels.
Ready to specify automotive components from the Nashik plant?
Send the controlled drawing, an existing part, or the vehicle make and model, with the mounting position and your volume. Our engineering team responds within 48 hours with a compound and hardness recommendation, dimensional confirmation and a quotation.

Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Parts: Design & Specification Guide
Covers bond geometry, surface preparation and the failure modes that decide whether a bonded part lasts — across the five applications where the bond is the part. No load-rating table: a load rating belongs to a part, not to a bond. We bond in-house — bushes, mounts and bonded seals — so the guide is written from the tooling and the process rather than from a textbook.
