Rubber Components for Mining Equipment, Manufactured in India
Every component we supply is engineered to your equipment specification — tooled, compounded and certified at our ISO 9001:2015 facility in Nashik, India. We manufacture to OEM drawings. Not off the shelf.
COMPONENTS WE SUPPLY FOR MINING
Engineered to Spec, Not to Catalogue
We don’t stock generic parts. Each component is produced against your drawing or an OEM sample — compound, hardness and geometry matched to the duty rather than picked from a catalogue.

Anti-Vibration Mounts
Bonded mounts for conveyor drives, crusher frames, screen decks and haul truck cabs
- Natural rubber, neoprene or EPDM compound
- Load ratings per OEM spec
- Bonded or unbonded variants
- Highest fatigue resistance of the eight compounds we mix

Bushes & Bushings
Pivot, linkage and shackle bushes for idler frames, screen suspensions and mobile plant

O-Rings
Hydraulic cylinder, valve body and pneumatic actuator seals for drilling and underground plant

Gaskets
Flange, cover and access-hatch gaskets for pumps, tanks and enclosures

Bellows & Boots
Dust boots and protective covers for hydraulic rams, linkages and cylinder rods

Grommets
Cable and hose pass-through seals for cabs, panels and junction boxes

Sponge & Foam Rubber
Cab door and window seals, dust curtains, acoustic lining and access-panel foam
WHERE OUR COMPONENTS ARE USED
Built into the machines that run Australian mining.
Conveyor systems
Anti-vibration mounts and bushes for head and tail pulleys, idler frames and drive assemblies, matched to your conveyor OEM’s mount pattern. Shaft seals for pulley bearings and gearboxes.
Crushers & vibrating screens
High-load anti-vibration mounts for jaw crushers, cone crushers and vibrating screen decks. Handles shock, dust and continuous heavy-cycle operation.
Heavy vehicle & mobile plant
Rubber-to-metal bonded mounts for haul truck cab suspension, engine mounts and auxiliary equipment. Dust boots and protective covers for hydraulic rams and linkages.
Hydraulic & pneumatic sealing
O-rings and custom seal profiles for hydraulic cylinders, valve bodies and pneumatic actuators across drilling rigs and underground equipment.
BUILT FOR MINING CONDITIONS
Rubber that performs where generic parts fail.
Mining environments are hostile. Compound selection, hardness and bonding method are chosen specifically for the application, not from a catalogue.
Abrasion resistance
Natural rubber has the best abrasion and tear resistance of the eight compounds we mix, and it is what we specify for mounts, bushes and boots working in ore, grit and particulate. We supply both halves of the range: moulded and extruded components, and rubber sheet lining and conveyor skirting cut and prepared to your drawing, in the same compounds.
Vibration damping
Compound and geometry engineered for your equipment’s resonance frequency. Not generic softness — tuned isolation, which only begins above about 1.4 times the system natural frequency.
Temperature tolerance
FKM to +250 °C (continuous to +200 °C) and EPDM from −40 °C, covering sub-zero underground environments through to high-heat engine bays.
Dust & contamination tolerance
Sealed geometries and ozone-resistant compounds maintain integrity in high-particulate, wet and corrosive mining atmospheres.
CUSTOM ENGINEERING
We match your equipment spec, not the other way around.
Margo operates dedicated tooling capability for custom rubber components. Send us your OEM drawing, an existing part, or the equipment make and model — we reverse-engineer and produce to your specification.
- OEM drawing and sample matching
- Custom mould tooling in-house
- Compound selection by application
- Pre-production sample approval process
- Long-run production with consistent batch quality

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions from Australian buyers.
What is the typical lead time for components shipped to Australia?
Three to four weeks ex-works Nashik from drawing approval, or two weeks on an express basis where we have confirmed capacity. A new component with tooling to cut adds the tooling lead time, quoted per part. Sea freight to major Australian ports runs a further three to five weeks depending on the lane and the sailing; air freight is quoted where a shutdown date requires it.
Can we request a sample or pre-production prototype before a full order?
Yes. Prototype within 48 to 72 hours of an approved drawing, and a pre-production sample approval step is part of our standard custom tooling process. Tell us the quantity you need for evaluation and we will price that run — there is no minimum on a qualification lot.
What certifications does Margo hold?
Margo Rubber Products holds ISO 9001:2015, certificate 09111526A, issued by Integral Certification Ltd and valid to 21 February 2027. We are actively upgrading our quality management system to IATF 16949:2016, with certification targeted by the end of 2026, and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification targeted for 2027. Material test reports and batch certificates are issued with every shipment.
Do you supply rubber lining and conveyor skirting?
Yes. Alongside moulded and extruded components we supply rubber sheet lining and conveyor skirting — chute, hopper and tank lining, and skirting cut to size — in natural rubber, which has the best abrasion resistance of the eight compounds we mix. Send the surface area, the thickness and the duty, and tell us whether you need it supplied cut or supplied and fitted.
Ready to specify mining components from the Nashik plant?
Send the drawing, an existing part, or the equipment make and model, with the duty and your volume. Our engineering team responds within 48 hours with a compound and hardness recommendation, dimensional confirmation and a quotation — and an indicative freight transit for your port.

Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Parts: Design & Specification Guide
Covers bond geometry, surface preparation and the failure modes that decide whether a bonded part lasts — across the five applications where the bond is the part. No load-rating table: a load rating belongs to a part, not to a bond. We bond in-house — bushes, mounts and bonded seals — so the guide is written from the tooling and the process rather than from a textbook.
