Rubber Components for HVAC Equipment, Manufactured in India
Gaskets, grommets and vibration isolators for heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, moulded to your drawing at our ISO 9001:2015 facility in Nashik, India.
COMPONENTS WE SUPPLY FOR HVAC
Engineered to Spec, Not to Catalogue
We don’t stock generic parts. Each component is produced against your drawing or an OEM sample — compound, hardness and geometry matched to the exposure and the vibration profile rather than picked from a catalogue.

Anti-Vibration Mounts
Compressor, fan and condensing unit mounts; machine feet and isolation pads
- Load and deflection to spec
- Bonded and unbonded variants
- Low-noise isolation
- Natural rubber and neoprene — highest fatigue resistance of the eight compounds we mix

Grommets
Cable, pipe and refrigerant line pass-through seals for panels and enclosures

Gaskets
Duct flange, access hatch and panel gaskets in weather-resistant compounds

Sponge & Foam Rubber
Duct liner, pipe wrap, AHU door seals and self-adhesive foam tape

Extrusion Profiles
Door and access-panel seals, edge trim and glazing channels, cut to length

Bushes & Bushings
Fan mounting bushes and linkage pivots for dampers and actuators

O-Rings
Refrigerant circuit and service port seals, and static seals on valve bodies

Pads, Stoppers & Caps
Isolation pads, anti-slip feet and port caps for outdoor units
WHERE OUR COMPONENTS ARE USED
Built into heating, cooling and ventilation equipment.
Compressors & condensing units
Anti-vibration mounts and isolation pads that keep compressor noise and vibration out of the building structure. Port caps and service-valve seals for outdoor units.
Air handling & ductwork
Duct flange gaskets, panel seals, access-hatch profiles and closed-cell foam duct liner and pipe wrap, in weather- and temperature-resistant compounds.
Refrigeration circuits
Neoprene and nitrile sealing selected for refrigerant and lubricant compatibility — the compound has to hold against the refrigerant and the compressor oil together, and the oil is usually the harder of the two. Tell us the refrigerant and the lubricant with the enquiry.
BUILT FOR HVAC CONDITIONS
Sealing for weather, temperature and vibration.
HVAC equipment lives outdoors, indoors and in plant rooms. Compound choice is driven by UV and ozone exposure, service temperature and the vibration profile of the machine.
Weather & ozone resistance
EPDM is the standard choice for outdoor and weather-exposed sealing, with excellent UV and ozone resistance. Ozone resistance is tested to ISO 1431-1 through our NABL-accredited partner laboratory.
Vibration & noise isolation
Mount geometry and durometer tuned to the machine’s resonance rather than generic softness. Isolation only begins above about 1.4 times the system natural frequency — which is why a mount that is too stiff for its load does nothing at all.
Temperature cycling
Compounds selected to survive repeated thermal cycling: EPDM −40 to +140 °C, neoprene −40 to +120 °C, silicone −60 to +220 °C where the duty runs hotter.
Sealing integrity
Foam and solid profiles that hold compression set performance over long service intervals. Compression set measured to ASTM D395 Method B, which we run in-house — it is the property that decides when a door or duct seal stops sealing.
CUSTOM ENGINEERING
We match your equipment spec, not the other way around.
Margo operates dedicated tooling capability for custom rubber components. Send us your OEM drawing, an existing part, or the equipment make and model — we reverse-engineer and produce to your specification.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions from HVAC buyers.
Which compound do you recommend for outdoor duct sealing?
EPDM, rated −40 to +140 °C, for its UV and ozone resistance — ozone attack is what ends most outdoor seals and EPDM resists it better than anything else we mix. Silicone to +220 °C where the duty runs hotter. Not nitrile outdoors, whatever its oil resistance — it hardens in sunlight.
Can you supply flame-retardant grommets?
Flame-retardant compounds are available on request — neoprene is the family we reach for, and formulated grades can be specified against a flammability rating. Send your standard reference with the enquiry — UL 94, BS 476 or your own OEM specification — and we will confirm what the compound supplier can evidence. We do not hold a flammability listing ourselves.
How are anti-vibration mounts specified?
By static load rating and deflection at that load, plus mounting geometry and durometer. Send the machine mass, the number of mounting points and the running speed — the mount and the mass form a spring-mass system, and isolation only begins above about 1.4 times its natural frequency, which is why a mount that is too stiff for its load does nothing at all.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes — we are a volume manufacturer. Margo produces in bulk against OEM schedules rather than in small lots. Minimum run is 10,000 pieces per part number, per compound, and on larger or more complex parts the minimum is quoted against the part, because the economics are set by tooling and cure time rather than by piece count. Existing tooling ships in three to four weeks ex-works Nashik, or two weeks express where we have confirmed capacity; a new part adds the tooling lead time, quoted per part. Prototype within 48 to 72 hours of an approved drawing.
Do you supply foam as well as solid profiles?
Yes — closed-cell foam for weatherseals and duct liner, open-cell for acoustic lining, and solid profiles where the joint carries load. The choice is driven by the gap to be sealed and the closing force available: foam fills an uneven gap at low force, solid holds a defined compression. Send the gap and the closing force and we will tell you which.
What certifications does Margo hold?
Margo Rubber Products holds ISO 9001:2015, certificate 09111526A, issued by Integral Certification Ltd and valid to 21 February 2027. We are actively upgrading our quality management system to IATF 16949:2016, with certification targeted by the end of 2026, and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification targeted for 2027. Material test reports and batch certificates are issued with every shipment.
