Supplied as standardNatural rubber−20 to +90 °CWhat body mounts are made from. Best fatigue resistance and highest resilience of the eight, so it survives a decade of loading and returns to height. Not for oil, and it perishes in prolonged sunlight

Key advantages

Why distributors buy from Margo

  • Made to the original stiffness

A body mount that is harder than the original transmits more road noise into the cabin; one that is softer lets the body move. We match the load and deflection, not just the shape.

  • Natural rubber, because it is a fatigue part

A mount is loaded and unloaded every time the vehicle moves. Natural rubber has the best fatigue resistance we mix — we move to neoprene only where the position is exposed enough to need it.

  • The insert is moulded in, not fitted

We bond rubber to steel in-house, so the sleeve is part of the pad rather than pressed into it afterwards. Nothing to work loose and nothing to corrode at the joint.

  • Sold as a set, if you want it

Body mounts wear at the same rate, so replacing one usually means replacing all of them. Tell us the vehicle and we will quote the full set per vehicle rather than a single position.

Global Applications

  • Nepal

the largest export market for the Bolero, and the largest parked fleet outside India

  • Sri Lanka

established Bolero fleet, strong independent workshop network

  • Bhutan

third of the South Asian markets, sharing Nepal’s road and load conditions

  • East Africa

Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, where the Bolero works as a rural utility vehicle

Manufacturing process

From Compound to Certification

  1. Material compounding

Polymer blending, additive integration and batch QC in our in-house lab. Natural rubber is compounded for fatigue life, which is what a mount fails on.

  2. Mould Design & CNC

Mould design and CNC tool manufacture, in-house, held as a controlled record. The tool is cut from a measured original so the replacement matches its stiffness as well as its shape.

  3. Compression Moulding

Compression moulding, with the steel insert bonded to the rubber in the same operation.

  4. Post-Cure & Trimming

Post-cure and trimming, and a bond check on every batch.

  5. Quality inspection

Dimensional check, hardness, and load-deflection tested on batch samples against the original specification.

  6. Export packaging

Industrial packing with documentation, packed by part number and set quantity. Pads ship unloaded, since rubber stored under compression takes a set. ISPM-15 treated pallets where timber is used.

Quality assurance

Certified to International Standards

Every product leaves our facility with a documentation package — material test reports, dimensional inspection sheets and a certificate of conformance — giving traceability from raw material to finished part.

  • ISO 9001:2015 · Certificate 09111526A

Integral Certification Ltd · Valid to 21 February 2027

Scope: rubber moulded components — quality management, not a product approval

  • IATF 16949 — upgrade in progress, certification targeted by end 2026

  • ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 — targeted 2027

FAQ

Technical & Commercial Questions

Answers to the most common questions from engineering teams and procurement managers worldwide.

  • What is the minimum order quantity for this part?

We supply in bulk. The minimum run is 10,000 pieces per part number, per compound. That suits a distributor or a fleet operator rather than a workshop — if you need smaller quantities, we will point you to a stockist. Prototype and first-article lots sit outside the minimum.

  • Can you match a competitor specification or reverse-engineer an existing part?

Yes — that is what this part is. Send a sample, ideally an unused one. A mount taken off a vehicle has crept and measures thinner than it was moulded, so copying its dimensions reproduces a part that is already part-worn. We match the original load and deflection, not the worn shape.

  • What file formats do you accept for drawings?

PDF, DWG and DXF — but for this part you do not need a drawing. Tell us the vehicle, the variant, the model year and the mount position, or send a sample pad, and that is a complete specification.

  • Do you provide material test reports with each shipment?

Yes. Material test reports, dimensional inspection sheets and a certificate of conformance ship with every consignment. Hardness, tensile to ASTM D412 and compression set to ASTM D395 Method B are tested in-house, and load-deflection is checked on batch samples against the original specification.

  • What are your payment and delivery terms for international orders?

TT and LC accepted, discussed per order. Ex-works Nashik or FOB Nhava Sheva. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are issued with every consignment. Parts are packed and labelled by part number and set quantity.
